Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Splassher, you agree to these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your account activity and for content you publish. You retain ownership of your content and grant Splassher permission to host, display, process, and distribute it as needed to operate the service.

Acceptable use

Do not publish illegal, threatening, exploitative, hateful, harassing, sexually abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or dangerous content. Do not impersonate others, evade safety controls, spam users, or interfere with the service.

Moderation

Splassher may filter, restrict, remove, preserve, or review content and may suspend accounts when necessary to protect users or enforce these Terms. Users can report content and block accounts inside the app.

Ending service

You may permanently delete your account in Settings → Account. Splassher may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations.
